I really loved this story, it had a delightful flow. I had a myriad of emotions and really enjoyed the supporting characters as well as the substory. Excellent read, highly entertaining and worth every moment. Looking forward to reading more of this authour.

I like this story. I like the realistic take you're taking on the Rory and Logan's relationship. But the pacing is so, so slow. Too slow. 24 chapters in and it's the same incessant back and forth of "I wanna be friends", "We can't be friends," "I love him/her", "Talk to her", "I can't talk to her"—It's at the point that it's painful to read. I'm skimming through it (& that sounds awful, but I am.). Also, your side characters don't feel like they have a lot of depth outside of pushing Rory and Logan together. I know you're trying to set up Carmen and Colin, but to be honest I have no clue who Carmen is. I have no clue who Will, Shawn, and Adrian are. They're just blank cardboard cutouts in my head. I think you have a lot of great elements in this fic. The concept itself is really interesting. I'm just not invested in the characters or this story. My advice would be to focus more of your energy on characterization and making sure that your side characters have a life outside of the main couple. Also beefing up your dialogue would really help the conversations flow. Right now most of them feel really one-dimensional, try to cut out that that useless filler of "Hey, how are yous?" and "I'm fine thanks". Focus more on the gritty stuff, the pasts of the characters, stories the characters have. Have your characters have deep conversations, not the everyday pleasantries that people have in real life because while accurrate to real life, it is boring to read.

So I’ve been back an a fanfic kick and re-reading this which is possibly my favorite of all time. Just wanted to drop a quick hello and remind you that you’re an amazing writer. I hope you’re doing something great with all that talent these days.

It was a great story. Many ups and downs for my favorite couple but as always they got it together in the end.

I was wondering... The place where Rory works and where Logan is about to start work have two different names, but when Logan called to accept the job Carmen pit him through... Coincidence?

"He had something to thank her for, but that didn't mean he could forgive her. He loved her more than he loved anyone, but liking her was a completely different story."

I'm sorry, I'm not great at explaining exactly why I love things, but wow, this quote, I don't know... it really struck me.

Ironic that Jess ultimately was the one to bring up the memories she was suppressing in order to stay with him.

Oooh! A Logan Chapter! To be honest it is a little far fetched that Rory didn't hear about Logan's accident from someone or rather but oh well, that's AUs for you, made to rip your heart to pieces and then sew it together again.

Wow, the loneliness is even more intense in this Chapter. I like that you haven't yet brought Logan physically back into the picture. Most fanfiction is fast paced, trying to rush to the end, but your writing savors the moment and builds suspense, I have no idea where Logan is going to appear from and that's exciting.
