really well done. i am jewish myself, and i think that you did an excellent job on kitty's jewish-ness, especially the yiddish and hebrew transliterations. its so refreshing to read a really well written fic with no stereotyping. 11/10!

I liked it. A lot. As a Baptist (my family is actually descended from Messianic Jews. I even have the hair, but refuse to straighten it.) I was kind of . . . slightly miffed, but I enjoyed it. It was really well-written, and even kind of funny. It's cool to see such a different perspective.

Politically correct? Dear, who is ever politically correct to Christians and Jews? Not even the Bible Belt are people politically correct to Protestants. Hah. Now there's a conept. Political correctness is just a myth, and I'm glad you allowed Kitty to be honest, at least in her head.

I'm jewish too... not all babies r given a hebrew name... but a lot of them, it's a tradition, are named after dead family members.

Since Evo only hinted at Kitty's religion when the kids went home for Christmastime that one episode, I've never really thought of her being Jewish. I didn't even know she was until a few weeks ago when I read it in a fic!

I don't know much about Judaism, but this was a good look at it.

I really liked the Scott/Kitty moment. That was sweet. But he never did explain his dislike for Christmas. One can only guess...

Question: Jewish babies are named? Is that at all like (some) Catholics choosing names of saints at Confirmation? Or is it for a totally different reason or something? ...It's pretty, anyway. :)

Wow, I really enjoy Scott fics. I've rarely ever seen a fic with both Scott and Kitty as main characers. Excellent. I believe this was far better than the average fic. Good work!

I don't know much about Judaism, but I think I learned a few more things than I knew before. I definitely liked your take on Kitty's character, it showed a side that X-men: Evo never got around to.

I also liked the brotherly, Kitty/Scott relationship you had going on between the two of them.

I really liked how you portrayd Kitty and her feelings about her religen, like in the show you can see vague hints of her Jewishness but not so much that's it's a part of her.

I sincerly hope that you will continue to write more stories for all of us to enjoy.

Wow I really liked this, I'm not Jewish myself but I have so much respect for their way of life, I spent half a year studying the halocaust in History and I've never been able to forget my visit to a Concentration camp, it's one of those things that you can't forget but you need to accept its over, I may not be Jewish but it didn't stop me putting a stone on one of the mass graves...

anyway, enough about my Jewish talk, I really liked this, it was nice and simple. Great job...you can squeal now...
