Although I do think the Count was quite OOC, I do like the role you chose for him. I also just really like Hisoka's fears. They, at least, aren't at all OOC.

I really, really liked this. Normally I'm not a big Count fan, but I love the way you used him in this story. Also, Tatsumi's the man! He can threaten me ANYtime! haha!

Very good, gotta admit its a 'behind the scenes' thing I've often wondered about...but then they do alot of hinting in this series and leaving things on the edge..This is therefore quite believable, as far as I can tell everyone was in character and Tatsumi's way was just right. Jus the sort of thing you'd expect him to do.

Oh and from my opinion of the Earl, when he is being serious which is very few given that Tsuzuki is nearly always around when he is, I got the impression that he would act in the way you portrayed...and agreed out of the entire cast he makes a worthwhile father figure. Cause I can't see the 3 you mentioned nor the chief or Terazuma filling that spot either!

wow! you portrayed evertying so wonderfully! i think you should do a sequel or follow-up, but thats just my opinion... i think this was wonderful and well, since you seem to be a TsuSoka fan as well maybe you should do a sequel where Hisoka figures out how he feels. for better or for worse would be up to you, of course. but id like that _ i hope in the future you write more TsuSoka stories! im gonna go to ur profile and see if you have so i can read them!

*dabs away happy tears* :) Best line: "Until you find out for yourself, will it be okay...can you...can you just let me love you, Hisoka?" Dear Lord, I completely melted at the moment! How could the boy 'not' love him after that wonderfully heartfelt confession? That was the sweetest, most romantic ending I have ever seen! When Tsuzuki found Hisoka on the beach (*dreamy sigh* how romantic! :D) I imagined that Hisoka looked like that picture from one of the artbooks (can't remember which one). There is an image in one of them that is very similar to how you described Hisoka. It made the scene more real having this nice mental image of Hisoka in place! :D Having Hisoka talk to the Count [or Earl - I prefer Count ;)] was genius! Talking to a stranger (and boy is he strange! LOL) about a problem can be the best thing you can do because they see you differently than your friends do and can tell you things honestly and without bias. This was great. Everyone - even 003! - was totally in character! Loved it! :D

The Earl sounded perfect! And i doubt there can be such a thing as an out-of-character character. Everyone and anyone (even 2-d anime people) can act differently. It all depends on the situation. And it was perfect... (though i don't believe in perfection)
