I don't know how to feel about Akio and not being mad that Kagome compared him to Inuyasha...I mean, Kagome in cannon was all butt hurt whenever she was compared herself to Kikyo, and always made a distinction that they were different. But now Inuyasha and Akio are basically the same people, it feels almost likea deu ex machine, but I still enjoyed it! I like the premise and the idea, there was a few things I didn't really like, like how Akio handled the situation. But the lemon scene was awesome, and I really and truly did enjoy reading this.

Surprisingly fresh. I love it. Amazing. I love the idea, and I honestly think it's very original. I haven't read any stories with similar plot so I don't really know if the idea is popular or not, BUT, you made the idea so compelling and so original in your own style, I am completely drawn by the whole story. When I reached this story, I realized that I guess I always wanted to see how things would turn out if Inuyasha is reincarnated into the future, and this is a very delightful read to find that out. I honestly love this fic. I'm not usually one for AU, but I admit I really like the idea of merging between canon and AU like you did, an AU with somewhat canon background, and you did pull it off nicely. Great work!

I love the way you explore reincarnation and fate in this piece. Both things very prevalent in the series itself, and I found this to be a really nice mirror to the experience Inuyasha had when he first met Kagome in the actual series. Plus, you know, happy endings? They'd kind of already known the odds were against them being together in that life cycle (it was Kikyo's time, after all). I could have believed this if the manga had ended more like this too (though I did enjoy the official ending). Nice work!
