Like I know it's been a literal decade since you probably thought about this story but with Bleach on a comeback tour, I have to say that this story and it's thematic spiraling into the hopelessness with how fucked the Soul Society is, is giving me LIFE

GOD, I can't remember the last time I found a good vampfic on here. ...Actually, this may be the very first one, sad as that thought is. But the fic itself is absolutely beautiful. Characters right on par, plausible vampirism, and an absolutely breathtaking plot. Instead of re-hashing Hueco Mundo, you took the materials available and spun a completely new, utterly awesome story.

Is it too much to ask you to finish it? The psychology was the major draw; the effects of a subtle but very present hypnosis, the thought process of those affected, and above all else the absolute horror of their true selves screaming somewhere in the back of their heads.

...This is where I would normally make critiques, but it's kinda difficult to find any. My Grammar Naziism has been very much appeased, the wordplay is first-rate, the plot is good and intricate... Ishida getting his powers back was a bit of an Ass-pull, just for the record. But beyond that, oh, right, one more complaint...

YOU AREN'T UPDATING. I can understand if you lost interest or got writer's block, but there are just some stories on here that we'd just like to know what the author was planning. Even I'LL update within a month or so... and I rant. Joy. Happy writing!

Orihime had decided that it was a Device, actually, rather than just a device, and maybe even a Device of Doom, but she hadn't tried to explain this to the others yet. The constant hum of reiatsu interference from it was like a swarm of out-of-tune piranha bees, though that in itself would make a very good anti-Hollow device, if only you could train them.

Oh my epic freaking roller skating lord. THAT so completely caputures Orihime. I will always from now on see here with a swarm of out of tune piranha bees aroung here!

Possitively excellent. Cut scenes and detail are well done, if a little short. All around a good chapter, granted it could have been a been submitted a bit early, but then again life seems to get in the way of such things. Well done.

Oh dear. When you said "this might not end well" you meant it. I have a sinking suspicion, but I just can't stop. It's too good.

This is most excellent. I love how this entire story keeps me on my toes the entire time, and how rapidly the characters switch sides from good to vampire to back again really keeps it going well.
