A very chilling chapter. I love the ambiguoity of these characters.

Very Cool story. I did suspect that the merchant might actually know who they are.

Well at least Tien Shin got a warriors death.

All good things come to an end...
This was a great end to a really good story. This chapter saw Iroh leave the Fire Nation in shame and dishonour. Yet he did have the respect of his soldiers that supported their general even when banished. Thus laying down the groundwork for Iroh’s future.

The scene at Trimazu's manor was predictable but still managed to be felt when Iroh was asked if he felt empathy for the young Prince Iroh. And finally Zuko felt the shame for treating a great man so poorly. A pity he didn’t learn anything by that was my first reflection and then I remembered that this is not cannon…

Thus, this grand tale has come to an end. It must have been a monster to write and I sincerely applaud you for being able to end it, to see it through. Well done!

I have just one criticism and that has nothing to do with this story, not really. “Prince Iroh” leaves you wanting more. You want to know what happens next? What is Planasia? Who was that strange man they encountered during the last battle? Rhiannon, Gan and Chieng – what did they do and what are their fates?

There are many unanswered questions... So many. Prince Iroh is a great story that I have enjoyed immensely. It would have become truly epic if it was the first in a series of stories about Iroh's life.

Now, even if don't get to read them, it does not diminish this story.

You have written something very unique and good. You have every right to be proud of what you have created.

The earth benders are learning

Did he miss on purpose or was he really aiming at someone else.

So he decided to help after all.

This is not what I was expecting, but it is what I got, and what I got is more than I could have hoped for.

This story was the highlight of my lonely mornings while on a trip this summer. From the epic descriptions of battles, to the romance and friendship.

I will look forward to anymore continuation of this, however small or large it may be; even if nothing comes to fruition, for this story will stick with me for life.

Rarely do I read something, especially on this site, that is so impactful and opens my views on the world.

I wish you good luck in your future writing, and I will be there to read it so long as I can.

At least they understand their fate

Wow... This is probably the best A:TLA fanfiction I have ever read. It's well written, there are few grammatical mistakes and each chapter flowed into the next and made you want to read the next. The story was very intense, and although the story didn't end with a big finish like everyone thought, the ending was still extremely satisfying. Thank you for this beautiful story!
