As much as I know ABOUT DEMONS is that FULL BLOODED DEMONS LIVE TO ABOUT 2000 TO 6000, IF U CUT THAT IN BY HALF FOR INUYASHA AND U'LL GET HOW LONG HE WILL LIVE. WHAT ABOUT SESSHOMARU, RIN AND JAKEN WHAT HAPPEND TO THEM, I KNOW THAT RIN WAS GOING TO DIE AT SOME POINT BUT I HOPED THAT SHE AND SESSHOMARU WOULD GET TOGETHER? DID SHIPPO EVERY FIND SOMEONE TO BE WITH AFTER INUYASHA AND KOUGA ARE GONE, I ALSO FILL LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD THE OTHERS ABOUT THEM BEING TOGETHER AND THAT THEY'RE OK WITH IT BUT KAGOME BEING MAD AT FIRST, SAYING THAT IT'S NOT RIGHT, NOT NORMAL. They're all a little too worried about the 'innocent' people (really, is someone who fights or watches dogs fight really that innocent?). Kouga is pretty much the only innocent one there and they sat back and let him get potentially mortally wounded to protect 'innocents'?

I will admit, I just can't buy Inuyasha as the mature experienced one and Kouga as the innocent, bashful one. It just doesn't fit with canon. Add that to the fact that Kouga is older AND wasn't pinned to a tree for 50 years. Inuyasha is a lot of bluster, but he doesn't have nearly as much to back up his bluster as you're portraying imo.
