Guest chapter 6 . 11/6/2018 Please add lots more chapters to this fantastic story pleaseeeeeee |
Crazy4Jag chapter 6 . 4/19/2016 I was recommended this series by a friend and all I have to say is WOW! I agree that this was the perfect part in the series to get Harm and Mac together. I have not yet read another JAG author that can draw the reader as completely in as you have here. I look forward to reading the rest of this series and your other stories. Please keep up the fantastic fanfic! |
TwilightPony21 chapter 6 . 1/14/2016 What a wonderful fic! Seems like so long ago now, but Harm and Mac were so perfect together. Thanks for writing! |
Anonny chapter 5 . 9/14/2015 'Thoughtless' is definitely not the word I'd use for Congresswoman DeLong's words to Harm. I'm not sure what word I'd use but 'pointed,' 'barbed,' 'calculated,' all spring to mind. Possibly even 'cruel. If you ask me, the woman knew darned well what she was saying but I have to agree with you on the results on Harm. It was a rather major slap in the face and downright nasty; if I'd still held respect for her at that point, that would have destroyed what was left. You'd think if she knew about the ramp strike, she knew the rest of the story and shouldn't have made such a mean comment. |
Guest chapter 6 . 12/20/2013 I've read and re-read your story numerous times and I feel like it becomes more amazing each time. I love it. |
Semaphore chapter 6 . 8/5/2012 A perfect "parallel history/story". I can imagine that this was what we did not see in that particular episode and it fits in seamlessly. And now Harm will go swimming in the Atlantic, and Mac won't have to tell Mic right away, because he's the one who proposes to postpone the wedding. She is going to hurt him anyway, like you wrote, two people are going to be hurt either way... And chapter 4 was the saddest of them all: "God help her, she no longer had even the tiniest doubt about Harm's feelings for her and at just about any other point in time, the realization would have been a happy one. Now, it brought her even more pain and despair. She'd never thought that such an intense love could bring with it a heart-wrenching loneliness." *crumples hankie* I wonder what will happen after this in your story-universe (no, I don't want you to continue, I like open-ended stories to think about). |

achaon chapter 3 . 10/24/2004 I just read your story today. Beautiful story. Sounds like it could happen just as you told it. I take it you never got around to part 2. That's too bad. I'm sure I would enjoy a happy ending if you ever get around to writing one. Thanks. |
