There's something about it that makes you want to read more even though its distressing and painful and cruel. You want to know what's going to happen, what's with the wings, who he might become.

I read the original and I think you've got some awesome improvements even though I still recall the first read with fondness and anxiety.

I think you spell sirius as serious in the first and third chapters - its probably an autospell thing that you can easily correct.

Also I'm curious about the potential of the narrator having a voice that you use in the first chapter. Very interesting.

So, I can honestly say that I adore this story. It is really well written, and it gets the depressed mood across without being a cliche, over-the-top, "this happens, and then this, and this" doesn't his life just suck? Stories. It genuinely pulls you in, and makes you feel apart of it. I'm jealous, lol. Can't wait for the fourth chapter!

I can't remember what the original fic was like but ther re-write is very good... slightly crazy, but in a good way.

It seems to work anyway and it's definitely got my attention at any rate so I want to know what will happen next... even if I have to wait I think it'll be worth it.
