Ms.McClue chapter 12 . 8/28/2015 This story didn't make much sense to me. Sure I could follow the plot but the reasons she ended up in some places didn't make sense. It was okay that she went with Smoker and Hina, but 2 weeks squat? And why go to robin if she already knew to go to Drum? And there wasn't much purpose for the snow queen. Following the legend without knowing or seeing signs of it. "She has to do this by herself" I've never really watched or whatevered Snow Queen so I'm probably complaining to much and adapting it must of been hard, but I feel like it could have been better. |
Yaana chapter 12 . 10/4/2010 Great story, update soon? :P |
MinakoTrickster chapter 12 . 6/20/2009 I would have loved the kiss. You updated three chapters on me! I can't wait for more. It sounded like Zoro was getting back to being his regular self but it sounds like their might be more. Update soon! |
Nehszriah chapter 12 . 12/15/2007 Yay! Another chapter! It was splendid to read, concidering the current weather outside my place right now. (Snow! Yay!) I'm a bit rushed though, so I'll comment on the notes. 1. I thought that the palace seemed pretty desolate and hollow, as well as creepy. 2. She was creepy anyways. I did understand why the different versions of Kuina had the different words though. Younger Kuina only wanted the freedom to be who she dreamed of being, while the older Kuina... well... she was the really creepy one. 3. Blood good, kissing bad. I would have been quite sad had this resorted to a kissy scene. Zoro and blood fit together much cleaner and easier than him and kissing... anything. 4. I thought the conversation looked familiar. Right then. I enjoyed the chapter. One more chapter or one more story? It doesn't matter, because I will still be anticipating the end. Until then! |
Charlett chapter 12 . 12/14/2007 I'm almost sad that it's almost done... Thermie, why are you always making such great stuff? Anyway, I want to see the end, and see if Zoro actually does return with Vivi. After all, he has no where else to go, being the great swordsman he wanted to be, after all~ I was about to say "omfg Thermie wy u make Zoro cry like a bitch?" and then I remembered Kay cried after remembering his humanity as well. Oops, silly Christy! *laugh* Much Love: Christy |
Hikari-Melanie chapter 11 . 12/12/2007 Damn, this makes me wish I've read 'The Snow Queen'. I might be compelled to now, simply cause your story is so good. I'm usually never happy with stories set in the future; I don't like to consider the characters changing past what I know and love. Yet you've managed to create a plausible future, and show distinguishable change in each character without altering the core of what makes them truly them. Sanji and Nami as a theiving duo are amusingly perfect, and Luffy as the absentminded ruler of pirates is just so fitting. And you still stuck to the plotline of Snow Queen. So, before I am told to shut-up asshole, reviews like this don't make you happy, I really love this story and can't wait for more. |
Zinfer chapter 1 . 11/15/2007 im sorry, but reading as all the time flys by in OP depresses me... i mean... their adventure just dissapeared and their all living diff lives now *i guess i should keep reading and hope things return to normal* |
Charlett chapter 11 . 11/14/2007 SPOILERS: Signs point to Zoro trying to spell his name with shards of glass *shot* Oh man, Thermie, you know, I was so afraid you had left and I'd never be able to see you again D Such inactivity scares poor girls like Christy *laugh* Anyway, I really enjoyed the fic. I read it super fast in the morning and RAN OFF to college and now I'm back to review~ Sometimes I try and find insightful things that I thought of the story... sometimes I try to critique... Class turned by brain to mush and I can't think of a thing now D Nice to see you're back, Thermie~ Much Love: Christy |
Nehszriah chapter 11 . 11/14/2007 Ah, glad to see you're back. Anyways: to business. I am still enjoying the story, as always, and unfortunately do not have much to critique on. Dalton is charming, while Kureha is simply being herself. The mysterious grandeur of the Snow Queen is highly fascinating now that Vivi and Chopper are so close to their goal. Comparing the Queen to winter is cunning and does feel as if it fits in perfectly, since sometimes what Nature brings is the next best thing to magic anyways. I hope that you stay inspired to finish with relative ease. Until next time! |
Kell Shock chapter 11 . 11/14/2007 An Update! Yay! |
monkeystrawhatluffy chapter 10 . 9/5/2007 Please PLease PLEASE update soon! This story is so awesome! And it's a great idea too! Please don't leave me hanging like this! |
Charlett chapter 10 . 5/17/2007 I finally got around to reviewing this! Gah, life has a tendancy to shoot you in the face, huh? Anyway, I enjoyed suddenly remembering everything about The Snow Queen in your story. It's been so long since I read the actual story and not some 6 page children's book. You should have made it Chopper-centric, then Zoro could be with Chopper platonically *shot* Uh... anyway, I actually was thinking of writing a slight AU for Tales of the Abyss characters for The Wild Swans by Mister Anderson (Pun not intended). Do you mind if I steal your idea slightly? D Much Love: Christy |
accallia chapter 10 . 4/6/2007 Ah! It's so depressing! It's hard to read too... But it's good! Very good! |
Nehszriah chapter 10 . 4/4/2007 Months indeed. I was almost lost when I began to read. _;; I really enjoyed the description of Robin's university. It made me smile. Chopper and Vivi were nice too. Now if only I can update stories I haven't touched in months... *chuckle* |
nannon chapter 10 . 4/4/2007 Very nice chapter. And I liked the way you portrayed Robin and her interaction with Vivi. Also, I'll have you know, I totally squealed like a fangirl when I saw that you updated. |
