Master of Schadenfreude chapter 1 . 10/21/2012 This made me cry and i mean really cry not just fake but i did shed a tear. You perfectly wrote Hatori and Momiji and it breaks my heart at how much of the truth you captured about a child's innocence. About how it's okay to cry and it is. The level at which you wrote this cannot describe this intense feeling of emotions that you left me with. It is overpoweringly amazing and I love it. I favorited your story and thank you so much |
CulinaryChef chapter 1 . 6/28/2011 You captured their personalities beautifully. You showed how Momiji is innocent and yet he can read people so well. Great dialogue. |
KimikoRinSohmaHyuuga chapter 1 . 11/14/2009 This is a great little oneshot! I love the relationship between Momiji and Hatori and you illustrated it very well. But me being OCD (not really but I'm very particular and organized) I have to ask, who was the random woman who ran out of the house in the beginning? |
Manga-bird chapter 1 . 9/29/2008 aww this was really sad! :'( god work |
Azure Teriques chapter 1 . 7/25/2008 Aw! So sweet. I love it. . |
Fireness chapter 1 . 3/16/2008 I guess great minds really do think alike, because I thought of a similar scenario when I considered what Haa-san had to do for both Kana and Momiji's mom. I think yours is more in-character than mine, though, lol. I really enjoyed this, though, and I think you did a wonderful job capturing the characterization and the moment. Beautiful. |
loretta537 chapter 1 . 8/26/2007 hi this is a great story. I believe that hatori erased momiji's mom's memories first. in both the anime and the magna momiji appears to be around 5 when his mom's memories are erased. As when the story starts momiji is about 14 or 15 and when telling the story of hatori and kani he says it was a few years ago it must when he was older. also momiji probably wouldnt have had much contact with hatori's girlfriend when living at home. |
whennerdscollide chapter 1 . 6/27/2006 aw.. It's kinda weird if you think about it...Momiji is probably 13 aroudn the time Kana's memory was erased, and he probably looked like he was 8 or something. |
Phiso chapter 1 . 6/5/2006 This was very good. _ It reminds me of something... I loved all the innocence talk, and the way Momiji tried to help Hatori the best he could. I have only one thing to say: "After all, he was the frozen snow." Good sentence, but it interrupts the flow of the story. I would suggest either putting it somewhere else or saving it for another story. *shrug* But you don't have to take my word for it. _ Good job! |
Child of a Pineapple chapter 1 . 5/11/2006 Oh... so sweet, and sad, and completely amazing. This is a great story! I love Momji, and Hatori...and this fic. Great job! |
Mrpointyhorns chapter 1 . 5/6/2006 I'm pretty sure judging by Akito's age that he erased Momiji's Mom's memories first. Akito didn't look that much young then he does in the present time during the series when s/he refuses to let Kana and Hatori marry. |
Ruusei chapter 1 . 4/2/2006 This was really good! You did a very good job of capturing Hatori's pain, as well as Momiji's innocence, and the end result was a very sweet story. Episode 8 of the anime is definitely my favorite and I can't get enough of anything about the story between Hatori and Kana. Oh yeah, and you did guess right about the order of events. Hatori erased Kana's memory about two years before the series starts, and Momiji's definitely way older than that. |
Hater.Of.Haters chapter 1 . 4/1/2006 this is so sad an cute at the same time. i luv Momijis'innocence its cute. poor hatori i feel bad for him i mean erasing the person u loves memory. no wonder hes depressed and poor kana cause she blamed herself. who knew Momijis innocence would make hatori feel better? |
C.Queen chapter 1 . 4/1/2006 Very cute. Would have been nice if it was a little longer but it was a nice, fluffy little one shot. |
hyper-writer14 chapter 1 . 4/1/2006 How cute. I feel so sad for Hatori. Momiji is so cute. look forward to seeing more of your stories! |
