I think there was a way to get to the void. Inuyasha's sword had it. I think Sesshomaru's mother was gifted it by the father as a mating gift. That necklace thingy around her neck. But I guess if Kagome makes all the pain the jewel has caused by being there repair or make thing the same as beforehand when she exists the well, that would put Inuyasha back on the tree! At the least Sesshomaru and Inuyasha will be together until they get him down again!
I thought Inuyasha was 150 years old. And that by being in a coma for 50 years, those years weren't include in it. Inuyasha should have been 200! Who knows. I thought Sesshomaru had centuries on his age.? Well, I enjoyed reading your fic. Thanks for sharing.

Please...can you make an epilogue? One that where they get Sesshomaru back? This is one of my favorite stories of all time. I love it so much. This is my 5th time reading this.:) I just love this too much.

Oh my God I was crying at the last entry, but my mother-in-law came over and interrupted. It was heartbreaking and so sweet at the same time. I loved the overall story, but when Sesshomaru sacrificed himself, my heart broke. Then the sweet, sad entry at the end... If you ever decide to follow up on this, with Inuyasha's pack completing the jewel & wishing Sesshomaru back, I would love to read it. FUCKING NARAKU! I truly hate that bastard! Grrrrrrr This family deserves the chance to be complete & have a normal life. Or at least as normal as this family could be! 2 brothers,1 demon & 1 hanyou, being the "father figures" 2 women, 1 ex-slayer & 1 priestess, being the "mother models" 1 lecherous uncle, 5 youngsters of different origins, and 2 demons that can fight and carry family members? This sounds like a setup for a very interesting story, no?!

What a lovely story. So sad, I teared up. I adored seeing this side of Sesshoumaru, the writing was insightful and layer-some. I found Inuyasha's forced hugs to be quite sweet as well. I'm definitely marking this as a favorite.

Wow...so a clinically depressed, forever alone Sesshomaru. Did not see that coming. Good up until the bitter end I guess. Not saying I couldn't see the personality flaws part, just not so many children. But whatever, not flaming its your story.
