I loved this one shot! I immediately checked your profile to see if you had written anything else for this pairing, and I was quite sad to learn you haven't. But still, thank you for at least sharing this one. It was incredibly creative and written in a way that felt very raw and emotional. Definitely a fascinating take on this pairing- you're a wonderful writer!

is just, heartbreaking and touching at the same time!

but is kind of interesting how sheik's one single action took to wake link, all but a kiss, that's kind of the old plot, but always efficient isn't it v

I know you said that this is a oneshot, but have you ever given any thought to making a sequel? this is an excellent story.

I always thought that it would be Link caught in an endless loop- save the world from Ganondorf, get sent back to relive his childhood, pick up the Master Sword, save the world...So on and so forth...I never considered that Sheik must be going through his own loop of however his orgin story goes that he comes to be/be usurped by/inhabit Zelda. Interesting premise- very moving.

Ya know? After you think about it, you start to ask yourself why no one thought it was strange that a shiekah named Shiek at age twenty died, then another shiekah, named Shiek as well, was born at the same time and looked exactly the same, died at age 20. Then at the same time in the same way 20 years later another shiekah, guess wat? named Shiek dies the same way the other twi did, yada yada. You think someone would figure out SOMETHING! Anyway, loved the story
