Aw I like it. There is a comic where Trigon is talking to Arella where he's visibly stunned and angry in which he says, Quote: "Arella...you were merely the vessel which carried her. (Referring to Raven). Your milk nurtured her but MY blood gave her life. How DARE you claim I did not love my child when I sacrificed one hundred billion SOULS in HER name. To ESCAPE the never-verse I siphoned the life from my dimension - those souls gave me the power to come here - to CLAIM my daughter. Now I use the four billion earth souls I have claimed to return to my worlds, to populate my planets...to rule as a true ruler should." Unquote. I have the feeling he means to populate with his daughter, I don't know. Maybe It's what demons do, maybe It's normal in their world. Lol. But that was sort of touching, at least, as touching as it could be, he admitted his love for his daughter, in fact he was shocked that anyone doubted his love for her. I mean he sacrificed billions of souls in her name all just to come and clain her and then sacrificed billions more to get back to his worlds. I don't think he's as heartless as some write him, (Like in the animated episodes.) Any way. I love this. XD 3 :)

In light of the new TT shorts that have popped up, especially the one concerning Trigon & Rae... I think this kinda makes sense now. Or it helps me makes sense of the short. They complement each other? That's the best way to describe it, I suppose.
This was very well done, got right to the point, but was strangely beautiful. Just really nice and neat. Adds new perspective to the father-daughter relationship (or lack thereof) between the two.

Perhaps that's why she was able to survive her destiny? That he has some sort of twisted love for her in a way?

Wow... That's deep. I really really really like it. that would make an astounding father's day present; insulting, yet endearing. I'm trying to sound like a smart 8th grader, but it proves to be a daunting task.

Interesting... I like the words... it would have been good in poetry format, too.

this was really good. i never thought of how trigon could love raven... i made me think for a moment. i still think that trigon doesn't really care about his daughter, but i really liked this story. even though i didn't agree, i can say that this is really amazing.

Very nice. It's good to see someone writing a fic about Trigon's feelings for his daughter. And you're the second person I know of to do it.

i have never read anything with trigon in a postive light before! i never liked him but for some reason this is changing my mind. it makes sense that he would love her and want to help. its sad that she hates him and he only wants her to be happy. i like how she misinterprets his love. wow. your story has just completley altered my view on trigon... this is amazing. you are really talented.
