living in a lie isn't easy.

Akito's is a cocktail (love this)in a fiction somebody defined Akito as dynamite.

Your mondane Akito is really more a vodka, unimagined profundity.

one woman so many people:little aki,aki boy,god...she doesn't need alcohol to be drunk, sha has her memory!

i think Akito beginns to realize that she still isn't a butterfly, but an eruca.

Akito doesn't know what love or happiness is,how depressing!

"Shigure disappears with his princess" if i haven't read

'Now is the Winter of Our Discontent' i could have dream...but they wasted other 7 years...sad!

Did Akito knows that it was lime juice?

Once again, you've succeeded beautifully.

I enjoyed this, though it definitely left a bittersweet flavor. Your Shigure... That's just... Oh, I've thought of that in stray, random musings, but you just hit straight to what I was trying to think of. He IS destroying himself by being so dishonest, isn't he? This was just an incredibly good piece, in my opinion; and, I must admit, your explanation at the end was very helpful. Heh - I do tend to get so caught up in a story and empathy with the characters that I sometimes can't see past the surface. (Yes, pretty bad for an aspiring English major, I know.)

Just...

Well please don't think this is corny, but thank you for writing this - it was a satisfying read, and I'm glad I got to enjoy it.

I love these characters, and I like reading them as you portray them.

will Shigure accept, really and finally accept the true Akito?

Akito cuts her hair, and with this, the woman she was in this after-curse-years.

I'm a romantic hopefully Akkigure-fan,and i wish that their love isn't fake, and they can grow together.

I always thought(and i think now, too)that Shigure knows Akito very well.

He didn't want a "Tohru-girl" Akito is Shirahime,Shigure must simply wear thicker clothes-

Again- as brilliant as the first. It really gives us a new idea of Akito, doesn't it? She would, I don't doubt, do something insane and mad and potentially someone's-life-damaging if she thought that it would bring her more attention. And perhaps the idea of suicide is a bit more AU than canon, but because there is little explanation, the reader is swept into the action immediately and all we know is that there can be no other way.

Even if Akito is odd and "creepy" and potentially unsympathetic (though I do pity her... she's such a wretched creature, isn't she?), I am enjoying your unique twists on her character.

Spankingly brilliant! Wonderful little piece-

mind twisting and brilliant.

I enjoyed this. Admittedly, it was a bit... er... different, but that's what made it good. I loved the last bit: "I am not a god. Only a woman."..."I am not a god. Only a woman..." That sticks with one even after the fic has been read, and really gives a new perspective on Akito. (Most fics I've read have her embracing her "god-hood".)

I don't know if it means anything or if you care, but I thought it was excellent.
