This is an intriguing fic. Hope it continues as it just reached the most intense bit where Harry must pretend that his role is something other than to die as a sacrifice and an unwanted son.

Great start to what I hope to be an amazing story! This fan fiction has a quality that i can't place that makes me want to read more, and though I don't normally read these types of fan fictions, I just can't help but love it! Please update soon! This has been a great story so far. I like how you've set it up so that Snape is Harry's dad and also how both Harry and Snape found out about this being the case in a non-straight forward way. I'm curious to see how the peoples at Hogwarts react to Alex, if he's sorted into Slythering, who he makes friends with, what his relationship with Severus turns out to be ... you get the picture. Anyways, thanks for writing and please continue sharing:) This story has a lot of potential and I really like it.

This is a really good story. It really captures you and brings strong emotions to the forefront of the reader's heart. my own heart cries out for Harry every time it's implied, or especially stated that Harry is not wanted. It makes me want to smack Severus upside the head and ask him what the hell is wrong with him treating a child, any child, and for heaven's sake his own child like that! i know it's hard to believe and it's hard to take in, but Severus isn't trying at all and he's completely blind to the fact that Harry's having a hard time with this, too and that all he truly wants is a family. Severus is selfish and rude and cruel and i just want to knock some sense into him. Hopefully, as the writer, you can eventually do that for me. And even more so, hopefully everything will work out for the best. i hope Draco can be shown in a good light, too. Harry may see him as obnoxious and selfish and mean, but that doesn't mean that is truly who he is. Also, great job with the comparison of the different house that Draco and Harry live in. It's obvious just by the different houses states and decors how Severus feels about each of the boys. i look forward to reading a lot more of this story. Thanks for it! :)

This was a nice chapter, but I did see some errors. The first error I noticed was that you said that Snape sighed, then went to get dressed. Then he looked at the items in the box, then realizing he would be late, got dressed...again?

The other things I noticed was minor grammar mistakes like "of" instead of "off."

The last thing is, I think there may have been an error with the Occulmency thing. Snape berated Harry for not being able to occlude in his sleep, making it sound more simple to occlude in one's sleep, then when one is awake and conscious. I could be wrong, but occluding while sleeping is supposed to be harder then while awake and Snape would know that, as he his a master at occluding. So, I saw some error with that...

Other than those things, I think everything was great. This story flows nicely and am not looking forward to getting tot he last chapter, because I know this fic isn't finished yet...
