The ending was kind of abrupt, but otherwise I love it.

The pedantic bastard in me would like to point out that the actual title of the song in question is "In The End", but... *snickers* in the end, I guess that doesn't REALLY matter...

Now then, the story itself is... it's okay. I've read much worse, but I've also read much, MUCH better. Differentiating between the lyrics and the story proper would've helped (italicizing the lyrics, for example), and you could use a good deal more practice writing angst.
