You ain't been sober an entire day since Nixon was still on the teet" and she'll be like "you'd drink too if you had such a shitty family" and I'll be like "maybe if you didn't have so much side wang pop-pop wouldn't have moved to Reno" and she'll be like "he moved to Reno because Schenectady was getting overrun with Mexicans" and I'll be like "Nana that's racist" then she'll say "then why don't you move there." This goes on until I'm done hosing her off, at which point I take her back inside, but her in front of a TV playing Diagnosis: Murder reruns, and give her a box of wine with a straw. Old people need the routine.

Please keep writing! This is one of the finest Lego/oc fanfictions I've ever read! And that's saying something. I think it's a very awesome twist to have legolas be...dark? Pained and such.

I was so excited about this story last chapter but not so much now. She acts like a modern day character, and not like a girl from the 1940's of course I am basing this on my grandmother who is Roma and was born in the 1940's.

There are also many mistakes in character/place names that could have been quickly fixed with a quick google search even in 2006.

I know that since it has been 3 years since you have updated this story that you may not care anymore but I thought I'd review anyway. This story captured my attention from the summary as I am of Romany descent. It is so hard to find things nowadays which portray Roma in an accurate and positive light. While there are obviously some inaccuracies (this being a fantasy story), you have done your research and you are trying to be accurate which is the main thing. I liked this chapter and will continue reading.

OK, sorry to say I part company from most of the recent reviewers. I was enjoying this, could buy into the idea of PSTD Legolas because you were doing it so well... then I suddenly found myself in the middle of rape myth central. Please read up a bit about rape and its psychological after effects, and try not to use it as a cheap plot device.
