Um lmao okay. So even though this is way back in 2006, it's hilarious to see how many reviews are praising your writing. While I came for and enjoyed the shut aspects and believed it was a good story for the first few chapters, it steadily started going downhill. While it would've been understandable and interesting to see Sakura become dependent on Orochimaru to the point of OOC and insanity, the way you portrayed her during the interrogation was atrocious. Mary Sue-age for one thing; that trope of making her cold and "badass" doesn't make her badass at all. Far from it. Just made her a cheap imitation of Sasuke but as a woman scorned. Your transitions are downright terrible; too jarring, too sudden, little preamble (and not in a good way). And good god what was that ending? Lol "Mitsu" and Itachi? Mitsu is not only a poorly written character, but she reeks of Mary Sue-age and self-insert. You must've enjoyed writing the "omg badass cold girl" trope: powerful parents therefore overpowered child? Stronger than the most notorious shinobi from Konoha? Oof, and the streaked hair- love the pink with the black, edgy hit (pick up a biology book some time and learn how genetics work). Oh, and what do you know? The OC is plotting to join the toughest criminal organization in the world AND is securely involved with - and get this - Itachi Uchiha? Tell me its not a self-insert/wannabe/Mary Sue trope (I'll likewise call you a liar). You had it all with a great start and degenerated until it crashed and burned like a car fire. Congratulations on such ruined potential.

Oh. My. God. I came for the smut, stayed for the AMAZING story and insane writing skills you have. I enjoyed every bit of this and even cried when I thought Sakura had lost Orchimaru! This was such a wild ride but I enjoyed every second of it. I felt so many emotions throughout the whole thing, I seriously appreciate the hell out of you for creating this story, I took so much enjoyment in reading this ️ thank you

This story is very great! It’s rare ship but how to build up story after they’re in relation is interesting. In particular, story after Sakura gave birth, i’m so into it!

It did have something to do w/ Orochimaru's soul.
The Reaper of Death Seal that the Third used on Orochimaru, if you watch the episode before
"The Third Hokage Forever",You'll see that the Third was trying to take Orochimaru's soul. But he wasn't able to fully complete the justu, so instead the Reaper cut off Orochimaru's soul arm's, which like you said, cut off all chakra network in his arms.
