Okay, the setup might have potential - I would need to read more to be sure, but at least making him the cousin of one of the *Outers* is unusual - but for the love of little fluffy things please put some description in there! Where are they, what are they doing, what do things look like, what's the weather like, what are they wearing, what happens around them? Not a single word throughout the first chapter, and barely a handful of coordinate or subordinate clauses here, instead of the few dozens of paragraphs one would expect. (And at least some of those paragraphs ought to be more than three sentences...) It's like trying to listen in to an anime episode someone else is watching in another room, without seeing the screen yourself - if you know the characters and the settings you'll be able to follow along to some extent, but it's far from the experience it was supposed to be.

I know it's been eight years since you published this, and hopefully you've already noticed your problem and overcome it on your own, but should this criticism be news to you I hope you can (and will) make use of it in your next project. :)

I love this. It's just amazing. You have Nodoka as her lovely, wonderful, and perverted self like in the manga, yet you still have her helping Ranma with his problems and having her take out her displeasure of the training trip out on the Panda's hide. I've never seen her written this accurately and still be helpful to Ranma. It's amazing. Good job.
