creativesm75 chapter 1 . 4/25/2009 interesting |
Ranuel chapter 1 . 2/15/2008 I first read this at another site two or three years ago. If anything I think it's more powerful when you re-read it. Showing the contrast between the real consequences of splitting the atom with the way the idea of radiation etc is used in comic books and bad SF by putting Xavier and Magnus into the real world situation was brilliant. |
Mariamus chapter 1 . 12/26/2000 Denmark rulez! Not. *GG* Sorry a tiny word from a stupid dane. *GG* |
Rilo chapter 1 . 7/25/2000 Wonderful |
Warriorsong chapter 1 . 7/17/2000 Very moving, beautifully written. |
dude chapter 1 . 4/11/2000 nice |
Alara Rogers chapter 1 . 4/11/2000 I wasn't sure one could easily transpose Magneto out of his exact time period and his Holocaust experiences, and still keep him recognizable. Dannell pulls it off admirably well. I love the notion of Magnus as an enfant terrible, a brilliant physics prodigy who gets in over his head. And, having personally lived through being so focused on science that you don't see the ethical concerns until they're shoved in your face, I can sympathize deeply with the characters. |
Yankee Witch 7 chapter 1 . 4/11/2000 Very interesting & very nicely done. |
The Bud chapter 1 . 4/11/2000 Um, I liked the story, but being the fan girl I am, I really must share a but of knowlege.. Xaiver lost his hair because of his powers. |
