I've still the next chapter to read, but I wanted over some adivce I think could be helpful.

Kagome is in character, but Sesshoumaru needs a bit of work. Be sure to keep him cold (Until Kags can warm him up, that is. D )

Because this story is alternate universe, you do have a bit of room to make him a tad more emotional, but just be sure to watch the things he says, and keep his talking short and precise. His thoughts however, can be as "out there" as you want. Cause honestly, what do you think a guy that clammed up would be thinking? -cough- Any thing you want him too -cough-

I love the way you have incorporated The Phantom of the Opera into this story. I absolutley adore that movie/play. The songs are so beautiful.

One thing I have been thinking of, is that Kagome has suffered Inuyasha's abuse for some time now. That could give her some insecurity issues you could work in. (Just an idea though. Your story, not mine, the puppets dance you say)

Oh, at the begining of the story, you described the characters all right there. Another way you could try in a future story, if wished, is to describe them as you introduce them. Like, when Kagome sees InuTashio, put his description there.

And always remember, show not tell is best. Like, instead of saying (just as an example) "She pulled away, scared out of her mind." Put something like, "Shuddering, she pulled away."

Also, be sure to describe their emotions, like if their brow is arched, or eyes wide, fingers trembling, ect.

And, I'm very happy to say, there are very few, if any, grammer errors.

Overall, your story is going very well. It gets better by the chapter, and has me pulled in deeply. Every chapter you write gets better. Hope my advice was helpful! C:

This is a really wonderful story and the latest update was great! I like the way you made this alternate universe believable, but I wan't to know more about how Kagome ended up as a contracted servant to the Maeda family. I also want to know more about the school she goes to, and wither the demons are still demons, or just look the same.

This chapter did not suck. It was eventful...especially since I can so imagine kagome doing all of those things to Inuyasha. You should let her one of these days. People would pay to see it happen. Though, with the food thing, because she hasn't been getting a lot of food, make sure when you write not to make it seem like she's eating a lot because 'Humans' can't go from suddenly eating only one meal to eating like three meals a day without getting sick. Not that this really matters of course. It's okay whichever way you do it.

Now, time for me to squeal and dance. Kaneshiro Takeshi is the hottest Asian man alive...I've watched almost every movie with him in it at least twice if not more. Have you seen 'The Returner'? He's especially hot in that one.
