This is a really nice story, one of the first I read on this site, but it seems to have been forgotten. Do you plan on updating at some point or have you lost interest in this story?

First, I'm going to say I like that someone is writing a Nero-centric fic that isn't smut. Nero is an interesting character who adds some odd flavor to the FFVII world, and is sadly ignored by fans. I do think of Nero as an awkward, shy, anxious person who is sociophobic and more than a little traumatized by abuse. He's in his own little world most of the time. I think your characterization of Nero and Vincent is spot on.

I will say Weiss is the correct spelling of Nero's brother's name, not Vice. It's a German word, so Ws are pronounced as Vs.

Over all this fic is pretty good, though it has moments where it indulges in a little too much sympathy for Nero that he hasn't earned. He's been accepted more quickly than he should have been IMO. Vincent accepting and identifying with Nero, seems normal, but the others, espceially Yuffie and Cid, should be having a much tougher time given his ingame actions.

The dialogue is good, and you've kept Nero's voice formal which is good. He's not a contraction and slang man generally.

I know you probably lost inspiration for this fic, but I do hope you come back to it. It's got a lot of good potential.

The only problem I have with the story is that I figured Nero would be in a lot more physical pain, but it is still really good. Yay! Poor Cloud, creeped out by Nero, or should I say poor Nero? Is this a NeroxYuffie? Bleh. I suppose I'll live. I'm already hooked. How did you get the accent mark thingie on the 'c' in the word 'facade'?

Who! Get rid of that stopid mask! That cannot be comfy! Yuffie is so annoying, but in this situation, she is actually quite nice to have around. Another great chapter! A few typos, but nothing bad.

Aww! Nero giggling is so CUTE! Someone needs to rip that ugly mask right off his face! I bet he is cute underneath it. I need to draw him without it and see. Anyway, great chapter! I am really liking it now that I have read past the first two chapters. I am glad I stuck with it.
