Nice story, and you captured teen Dean and Sam well, still in keeping with their older personalities. I love it when anyone in ff does what the show refuses to do, and that is acknowledge that Dean is just as smart as Sam - just not in the same way. So nice job! And nice job on showing Sam can fight for himself. After all, he was trained by John (and Dean) too.

I loved the story. Here lately I've been reading a lot of fanfiction and have noticed that when reading about the Wee Winchesters it is usually that Dean is always protecting Sam from bullies (poor Sam seems to get bullied a lot in fanfiction). Rarely in them is Sam protecting himself. So I am glad that you had Sam being able to take care of himself and that Dean let him. Thank you for sharing.

What is that book? Can I know the title please?

Not sure if someone else has already said it but john bought the car before him and mary got married. So dean got the car from his dad.

In the episode "After School Special" we actually see a 14 year old Sam, he'd already lost the extra weight from when he was 12.

How did he steal the car? The car was their family car
