This is just incredible! The way you write makes it feel like this is all from the movie itself! You captured the voices, the visuals, the nuisances—everything!
I really love the interactions between Silver and Jim—that’s what drew me in in the first place. But I love the parts where Silver interacts with the Captain and Doppler as well—they’re just so interesting. Seriously, I love this little group working together.
And that snapshot of Silver’s backstory... man, that’s good!

Wow...I'm just blown away by this. This is ridiculously well written and it shows that you really have a firm understanding of these characters. It's really interesting seeing all these believable interactions between characters that never really talked to each other much in the actual movie. Seeing Amelia and Silver banter back and forth is entertaining and is something that I didn't even realize I wanted lol. And I like that you had Jim come to the realization that it was Silver that burned down the Benbow. Maybe that was omitted from the movie to save time, but it is kind of an important detail. The way you gave Scroop more of a role is cool as well, and reveals even more how threatening of a character he is. Also, the way you gave Silver more of a redemption arc is great too. I mean, in the movie he kind of gets redeemed..sort of? But really only in the eyes of Jim, whereas in this story, he gets redeemed in the eyes of Dr. Doppler and Amelia as well. Anyway, good grief I just wrote a freaking book on why I like your fanfic..my word what's wrong with me haha. Maybe I'm gushing too much about this story, and if I am then sorry about that. I noticed that you haven't updated since 2016, but I still hold out hope that you'll eventually finish this. It seems like it could be wrapped up in a few more chapters, and I hope you'll consider finishing it one day :) Best of luck in your future writing endeavors!

I LOVE your story! It is literally my favorite in this whole fanfiction thingy! That, and the one that someone did about Silver having a daughter named Brielle...BUT STILL! I look forward to the next chapter! Please don't stop here! I'm dying of suspense! :)

I have two things to say: "I love the idea" and "I love your creativity"! You've got a good perception of the plot in the movie "Treasure Planet", and I really like how you switched it up to make Silver a good guy, and the story still makes sense. (As in I still know what you're talking about.) My two favorite characters in this movie are Jim Hawkins and Long John Silver, and love that someone thought, "Hmm, what would it be like if Silver was a good guy?". You have just made my day, and can't wait until you make the next chapter. (It's really gripping, and I didn't want to stop reading it!)

Great job keeping each character in character because in chapter 1, Scroop was just jealous of Jim because he received more attention from Silver than Scroop- that spider psycho! I love chapter 2, it's different... in a good way because John Silver decided to join Jim and the rest of the crew! That's freaking incredible!
