Considering what river could do to a room full of reavers, she could have easily killed all 3 men without being shot and before Mick showed. Also she should have been able to pilot the ship away from the planet instead of trying to transport a critically injured man that's twice her size. She trapped herself on planet which would make it easier to find her.

You're probably dead form old age by now, but seriously..we read Rayne because we want Rayne.

Slow burns are great, but this is glacial.

Technically it's great writing (not too many errors in grammar or spelling), but I feel cheated as there's no real Rayne.

Damn... I was kinda hopeing you would have at least ended on a good stopping point. Well over all the story seems strong in its naritive. A bit shorter then why I generally like to read. The humor did get me laughing sometimes. And I like the thought processes you had for the Captian. Well I am off to read Chinese Word series, Well some of them anyway. I do hope you come back to finish this story at some point, I aint holding out hope but would be nice to see it completed.

I knew before I started the story that it was unfinished, so I don't hold that against you. And since it's been years since the last chapter, I know you aren't ever going to finish it. I will say that it was an great read for the ten chapters that were there. Just wish it had a proper ending. But then, I figure it works the same with tv shows . . . like say Firefly. It's up and cancelled and you never know what happens next, even if we did get a movie. Thanks for the read.

Interesting first chapter, though I'm not going to read an unfinished fic. Especially one that probably won't be completed. Tell ya what, I'll put it on story alert in case you decide to finish it.
