Sam should of been kelt there too for being a sick asshole who drugs dean to touch him uo and then doesn't even notice dean isn't happy because sams always go focused on himself to give a shit about dean!

This story is just...I'm not sure what to say but this was near perfect. Only thing lacking is that I need to know what happens next but your ending was perfectly fulfilling as well. I'm not really a fan of slash either but I do like to read one-sided or unrequited Sam/Dean for the hurt /comfort properties. Your Sam is perfect he's needy and trying and totally head over heels and can't stop himself. And poor Dean. It's an abusive relationship if ever I saw one but it's not because of violence why he can get out , or even stop it from starting in the first place, it's because of his love and perceived absolute responsibly to little brother and the pursuit of said brother's happiness at the complete disregard of his own. Your writing style brings the whole situation to life and your descriptions really captured the descent into madness. I really liked the drugging part because it illustrates Dean complete trust and vulnerability not to mention it's pretty hot when he's at Sam's mercy like that.
All in all I really loved this.
