Helo disgusts me. I want him dead. He's a traitor to all humanity and is personally responsible for everyone who died an unnatural death after that day. Because of him, the Cylons were still pursuing them. And for what? None of the Cylons were innocent civilians. They were all intent on exterminating the human race. And they were nothing but machines.

It's great that Bill & Laura have been reunited & are back on their quest to find Earth.

I'm glad that Laura & Bill got to clear the air and spend some time together. And I love that Doc Cottle assured her that Bill will be back.

I love Doc Cottle. That was great of him to let Bill know that Laura was OK and then urge her to visit Galactica and Bill.

Great chapter. I really can't stand Baltar. Hearing about Ellen Tigh always makes me laugh. I get that Saul loved her but still he really did put up with a lot dealing with her.

Great chapter. Baltar is just so disgusting. To me the only good Baltar is a dead one.

Please update soon. I'd like to see where this is going. Good job.

This was brilliant in all its subtle glory! No court-martial, no investigation, no Bill ripping him a new one. Just pointing out the facts and consequences and letting Helo's conscience do his job for him.

Next time maybe Helo'll think things through.

I'm so sorry I haven't gotten around to reviewing this fantastic story before. I've been following it since almost the very beginning.

First: It's about bloody time! Where have you been?

Second: This was a great chapter. Every once in a long while, I get to read something that so perfectly fits that it blows my mind, and reading this chapter was one of those times. I started out simply loving the movement in the opening scene; I felt as though I were walking the corridors of Galactica with Helo and hearing his thoughts...and then: BLAM! The talk with the Admiral. That was so awesomely done I can't adequately describe it. The progression was perfect: Helo's confidence and resolution as he marched to Adama's quarters, his almost cocky attitude of the rightness of his actions (his mentally finishing the Admiral's words with 'by sinking to their level' was excellent writing)...and then Adama's sad, understated revelation of the ramifications of what Helo had done and Helo's shock when he finally understands... I'd need to quote the entire scene to point out everything that makes it one of the best written scenes I've ever read. Suffice to say it really worked - you avoided over-stating anything, kept everything simple and totally, heart-wrenchingly honest.

You're totally brilliant.

Third: (yes, I'm still counting) One complaint: This wasn't half long enough. (Yeah I know I said it was perfect, and it was, but I still want more...some people you just can't totally please.)You need to promise you have the next chapter in the works - there's still more left of the season for you to write about, and I'm really looking forward to reading it.

But before I go: Thanks again for this reading moment. It was awesome.
