He's actually pretty good. He graduated from just his chanter to a full blown set of pipes. (Pun intended.)

I've just about run out of stories. As soon as you're back from holiday, you must get busy writing more.

I'm a Hamish MacBeth fan and in that, when they went hiking up into the hills, most of the characters wore their kilts for the trip. I can't imagine my dad wearing his. He's too careful with it. Although, he wore it at the Scottish Highland Games last weekend. He sang "Blue Bells of Scotland" at the opening ceremony.

My nephew on the other hand, wears his whenever he gets the chance. He's twelve and quite proud of his.

So often with both SG Atlantis and SG -1 I have to remind myself that the shows are set in present day. So much of it is futuristic by its very nature that occasionally I am suprised by the realization that its now. Things like the Dell computers they use reminds me of this.

And in this story, the discussion of a sporting event did, too.

I've tried haggis. I really have and Irn Bru also. Liked the Irn Bru, ate all of the haggis. I'd have Irn Bru again but not bother with the haggis.

I find myself with a small window of catch-up time, and I'm intent on using it. This one got an, "Aw!" out of me, though I kept waiting for the Scottishism. I always think of Rodney as being good with cold, but I guess Carson would probably be, too.
