That was so sad yet so beautiful, It makes me cry hard and obsess with this story which is even sadder than Neji's death.

This was the most heartbreaking story i have ever read in my entire life i just finished puting the story into my favourites next to the story 1000 cranes about where Neji dies instead of Tenten and that broke my heart but this story broke my heart as well. When i put this in my favourites i realised that i never ever want to read that story again cause i felt all of the sadness, sorrow, grief, loneliness but then again i then realised the words said in the story...
The flower withers, the seed remains….. and the flower blooms again.
In the end, for those who love,
Time is eternity.
Only people that have ever watched Every single episode & movie of Naruto would truely understand the sadness, the sorrow, the grief, & loneliness but would then truely know what true happiness and Love is.

I dont want to read that story ever again...but i will never ever...Forget it.

Did he die from his sleep the night he asked for a second chance I mean he was sitting last chapter right? I thought that he was sick or smthin. bc u know he was just cozin' takin' care of his niece.

AND THIS PART...

Oh god. I just sobbed so hard I swear my neighbor woke up. And when I'd randomly remember this scene in the middle of school. I'd start to cry and my seatmate would think that I'm having a hard time solving my math. (I mean fk math this story is treasure babe. TREASURE.)

Ugh I wish you'd just un-retire and start writing again! My brain is begging! For fanfics like this. (Where the boi is a jerk and the girl loves him unconditionally she'd do anything. She gets sick and doesnt tell anyone. The boy does notice her but then bam she reveals her sickness or smthin and then she dies(YES IM CRUEL)(like the good earth book lolz))

Wow that almost brought a tear to my eye. Beautifully done and the emotion is there. When i was reading the earlier chapters, I kind of thought that Neji was somewhat OOC with the way he treated Ten-Ten (the nerve of the bastardbut the reason given behind that was good enough for me especially in Neji's case. Thanks, that was a good read.

I was wondering what you would do with an epilogue and what a beautiful one it was. Contrary to what your A/N mentioned, I thought this was a happy ending. Finally reaching the point where the were alive and together, realizing love, was the best gift of all.

It takes tremendous effort to mold a story and what a great job you did with it.

I have to mention I especially liked the focus on the rose at the end as well as the poetic message that was linked to its viewing. I can almost see Tori and Ten having a girl named Rose but that's for another discussion I know!

I can see why this was a favorite story of so many and it has a timeless feel to it so it can be enjoyed over and over again. Thanks for sharing!

This chapter had a wonderful capture on the final days of Tenten and what becomes of her unrequited love. I am so glad you included Neji's story. It added a much needed understanding (and closure) that he did in fact care.

The secret message was perfect platform to bring forth the rush of emotions and the discovery with the help of his young niece whose insistence helped him to "see" things in a new light, was very touching.

I know this was written years before the canon insertion of Neji's demise. If they in fact had an unrequited relationship, your story shows what may have happened if Tenten passed first. We didn't quite get to see what Tenten's reaction to his passing was, and so this story still has distinct memorable value as one would hope the one left living would mourn yet still have some special left to cling to.

It's easy to see why 'My Facade' had extreme popularity and could still be of immense interest today. I see one more chapter is included. You have me curious if it's an epilogue.
