aaw, so sad. i hope this isn't from personal experience! (actaully that depends on your age, sex and preference all that i have no clue about) but still, i hope it isn't and your were expressing yourself.

anyway... this is really touching it is abosoluely heartbreaking but all the same it is excellently written and i LOVE it! You should write more little things! :)

OMG! Very good angst!

I have loved "Professor Lupin" at least since he had Neville be the first student to banish the boggart. I was thrilled to find JKR giving him a chance at happiness with someone, even the unlikely Tonks. When I turned to fan fiction to read more about my favorite character, I eventually decided to read some RL/SB. I have come to see that the adult version of HP would have been to pair them. But your story is one of the best ones.

It is so very Remus-like that he recognizes that the happiness is fleeting, and still embraces it.

Aw so sad, but I liked it.

This is a lovely fic. The line " Even if it’s just because James has Lily now" seems suggestive of a relationship between Remus and James, to me, but I'm not sure if that's how it was meant to be. Anyway, I feel sorry for Remus, and I hope you continue this fic, because I would hate to see Remus stuck in his self-esteem rut. He deserves love!Great work!

::tries not to cry:: that's so sad! but... so how I could picture Rem. Anything for Siri. ::sniffs:: Write a sequel, from Siri's POV, where he really ISN'T using Rem, he just doesn't know any other way to express himself, but he's serious (no pun intended) about Rem, and KNOWS wolves mate for life, and WANTS to be with Rem forever. PLEASE? keep writing! ::huggles::
