what a great way to end this chapter. Athrun is moving to new york, Ayame has amnesia and almost everyone is pissed at Shinn.

what ever happen to Shinn's 'uncle', i you could call him that. you never mentioned him at all. did he die or is he going to come back and screw things up even more? what an evil guy...

your flow of words were well put, up until you used the analogy "... feeling like shit..." no one really knows what 'shit' feels like. it felt like you had lost your tone, it didn't really flow with the rest of your writing. 'shit' is a great way to describe most things, but to describe a feeling it doesn't work so well.

your rhetorical question "... until you loose them, huh?", also, sorta changed your flow of words and the mood. it felt unnatural reading it; what it seemed like, to me. was that you were trying to add a little 'humor' or 'self-reflection' into a teary/suspense/sad scene in the story where it's not needed.

... a freak accident... what is considered a freak accident? it would have been nice if you could elaborate on this a little more. Was it like a coincidental thing? where did Nicol come from, where did Shinn come from? this wasn't really a splendid start to the next scene. But i did like how you played on Shinn's guilt when Nicol mentioned how Ayame was doing.

omg you introduced a new character! Hotoshi, its so hard to pronounce. Oh wow he's here to take him away...

He's here to see her... what a dark morbid attitude Shinn has. as if Ayame being hit by a car wasn't enough.

what an awkward way to describe that uneasy feeling in his stomach... 'flip-flops'
