Wow, this was really interesting. I always thought of L as someone who was likely suppressed sexually. Having spent most of his life solving crimes, rarely being around people. As someone who's own sexual being has not been fully awakened but boils underneath the surface and comes out in ways that he probably doesn't recognize as sexual. I.e, tying a cherry stem with his tongue or tying Misa up. I think this because he seems to genuinely be confused when Misa calls him a pervert for doing some of these things. It's nice to see someone else who may think of him the same way. As not a virginal angel or like an extreme pervert. Just a person who's a sexual being like everyone else, but whos sexual side has also been really burried to the point where even he doesnt notice when those burried instincts show themselves in small almost unrecognizable ways. But that was long-winded though

I kinda really hate this pairing but... I really liked this, it's well written, has a nice story, and while I think it might have got a bit ooc at some points, it's good.

I might even look up some other fics with this pairing. Maybe.
