Miranda Took chapter 1 . 6/8/2006
nice. If only this would make Sirius come back...
folk chapter 1 . 6/2/2006
Interesting perspectives. Funny, isn't it, that it was really Remus who "started" the Marauders, and Remus the Marauder least remembered? (Even Peter is usually thought of first because he was the traitorous one).

Helala chapter 1 . 1/19/2006
Aaw, that's really sad.

I especially like this part:

Find them…

Find him…

“Padfoot’s run off again, see if you can’t find him on the map…”

SIRIUS BLACK ESCAPES AZKABAN

“The dementors will find him before long; no one can really escape them, you know…”

“I understand your concerns, Severus, but I trust Remus completely. He will do nothing to help Black.”

I can't quite find words so I'll go for my old favourite that goes in nearly every review I write: Fantastic.
Bardlover chapter 1 . 1/14/2006
Very good. I always wondered just what Lupin was thinking...
Leomeome chapter 1 . 1/12/2006
Aw so sad. Well written, very observing. Marauders were the greatest. Good picturing of Remus Lupin.
The Fat Chipmunk chapter 1 . 1/11/2006
Aw, so sad.

I must try to personally berate Rowling sometime in the near future for killing off Sirius.

And Dumbledore, for that matter.

Good fic.
MarilynJean chapter 1 . 1/11/2006
wow, amazing job. it was so well done.
phantasmagorienne chapter 1 . 1/11/2006
I really ought to stop taking so much pleasure in others' misery. - (Never mind, we're authors; we couldn't do that if we tried.) But seriously-this is brilliant. You're really good at capturing the fragmented way the mind works under shock and grief, and again, you have some really fantastic lines-I really liked "There’s nothing left of them now but an old map and a rippling, tattered black curtain", and the comparison that follows. You've also done an excellent job of getting me to (gasp!) put my fangirlishness away and really hurt for Remus.

...D'you know, I'm thinking that The Portal Thing should have something about Sirius and the veil, because I keep having...odd thoughts. Anyway. That muse of mine you wanted? I think you've got it. -
Nyeren chapter 1 . 1/11/2006
Smashing. I really need to do some HP rereading.

I particularly liked the connections made; they're random and believable. Stream-of-consciousness can be hard to pull off well, but you certainly managed beautifully! )
