it's so wierd, that's what happens with me in my head all the time, so i could really relate to this chapter. i loved it, update as soon as possible!

This is a really great story. Gets right to the core of addiction. It's all about control. A few years ago, I went through what Rodney is in your fic, so I could really see where he was coming from . The emotion was real.

Poor Rodney, he's going to be tempted every day of the rest of his life. Once you take the easy way out you tend to look for other easy ways...

Do the muses feel like more? 'Cause I'd love to know how Rodney works through this, if at all. And how John reacts to the "new" McKay... as well as the others.

How could they not trust him after the overdose? I mean, Duranda, sure, but the OD? *scratches head thoughtfully*

Thank you for writing a tag for the Hive. Rodney's side of the episode was interesting, but it seemed like something either got changed during production or cut during editing. This works to bridge the gap. I can totally buy into Rodney having a psychological addiction to something that makes him feel physically stronger and in more control. The idea plays on Rodney's very human failings. I loved the interchange between Rodney and Sheppard. Thank you for letting John be smart.

Wow! I actually wasn't incredibly impressed with the first chapter as I usually am not into missing scene/tag stories. But the second chapter...Just wow.

I have actually never heard of the Monty Python thing, but you described it very well. And exposed the real trouble in doing so. Excellently done. I look forward to seeing where you go with this, but even if you write no more, you have done a great job!

Ooh I hope you are going to continue with that theme...addicted to power. I liked how you incorporated the Monty hall problem as a means of testing :D
