a bit nostalgic ! I love when Saya remembers things that Hagi won't tell...

I'm absolutely in love with the last part of this, where she's half awake, talking to Haji, and that last line: "She looked at it a moment before placing it carefully on the night stand by the bed with her other things." Something about that line sends little shivers up and down my spine, absolutely love it.

Only one slight niggle: "looking around at where she was at." Adding 'at' on to the end of a sentence about where someone is, (e.g. 'Where are you at?') is: a) unnecessary and b) makes baby Chiropterans cry, and you wouldn't want to do that would you?

The story flows nicely and they are both in character. I especially like how you write Haji. I've watched till the latest episode I can get which is episode 38. So yeah, there's a lot more to their relationship. Anyway good job.

Ah, this one...poor Haji. The ending of it makes me really think what it must be like for that poor guy to just be stoic as he watches Saya-but not really the Saya he knows.

You have an interesting theory about that door. I was pretty much just assuming that it was a rather symbolic thing that her memories were kept behind, but since she was so reluctant to open the door, it never fully opened, so she hasn't fully awakened. I definitely want to know more about her past and Haji's past, though. It's funny to have a show where you want flashbacks as much as current action. Anyway, wonderful job with an interesting theory. Whatever you think about the door, I think the emotions are very true.
