Your chapters are too short. Try to chunk them together if you can. Únless your first chapter is a prologue then that's understandable. Try to re read your story. Take time to re read and you will see where your mistakes lie. If you still find yourself having problems, try and get a beta. Otherwise, your story itself would be very fine. You've got potential.

...I would have found this fic really believable...if the chapters weren't so horrendously short, and badly written.

You really need to work on this story...because it's not working out for me right now...and it probably wouldn't for anyone else.
