| Frostfyre7 chapter 12 . 5/17/2007 Oh, very nice! I do like Seven, he was so entertaining and manipulative-and yet remained, at heart, the heroic and compassionate Doctor we all love. (And I adore Ace. Pity she didn't get to really blow anything up, but I'll settle happily for her more or less rescuing herself.) Love how you wrote River, pre-Miranda. (I'm having a go at her post-Miranda, with the Tenth Doctor around to observe. ;)) All in all, a well-written and thoroughly enjoyable fic! I particularly enjoyed the chess game between River and Seven. :D Ta very much for a great read! |

| RMMC chapter 6 . 7/4/2006 I'm now wondering what the ruttin' h#ll the machine is and just how much Ace is gonna muck up the works. Hopefully not to the detriment of the Doctor's plan. A couple of editing nits: "They wouldn’t have turned their back on an enemy. caged or not." I think you needed a comma between 'enemy' and 'caged.' "'Verse" needs an apostrophe in front of it as it's a partial word. "and the larges computer in the system" I believe you want "the largest computer" here. Sorry, I tend to notice little things like that. |
