MyBrokenButterfly chapter 1 . 1/8/2012 Beautiful. |
quintilis chapter 1 . 12/3/2011 YES! One can never read enough sibling-fics for TCN. I'm astounded by your mastery of the language. Every sentence seems perfectly-thought-out and perfectly-in-place. Great work! |
Wandering the Arid Sea chapter 1 . 1/18/2010 wonderfully done. 5/5 |
LunaNigra chapter 1 . 1/29/2009 it's lovely. Particulary Peter's part... Luna |
No Name chapter 1 . 5/13/2008 I really like this. I've always thought of them as being represented by the elements although I've always thought of Susan as wind and Edmund as fire, but I can see it this way too. Great story. |
Love and Rock Music chapter 1 . 12/8/2007 Simply fabulous. I'm not usually one for short stories, but this is a rare exception. It's masterfully done; everything fits; Peter, Lucy, Edmund and Susan are all fairly represented, and represented well. I love that you stayed well away from the usual Narnnia clichés: Susan is not an excessive flirt and Edmund isn't haunted by his youthful betrayal. I know some people think the end was brief but I think it was exactly right. The way it's written requires no conclusion. Great job! |
Elizabeth chapter 1 . 12/10/2006 Hmm. This was a good story, and the personality traits assigned to each Pevensie shows thought behind it. However, your ending is a bit... cut and dried. Though the sentiment about the fighters of Narnia being returned to the country they fought for is lovely, the theme of the story is left. . . undone. You need something to tie the elements together. The statement in the summary would be fantastic for that - just a little bit more to unite them as a whole rather than as four separate factions. That was the aim of the story, wasn't it? A pleasure to read, truly. |
unspecifiedaccount chapter 1 . 3/25/2006 A lovely fic! I really liked the way you put into words what's been in my (and no doubt other people's) minds for quite a while, that each of the four siblings have certain attributes and qualities that suit an element. |
Lalaith Quetzalli chapter 1 . 1/10/2006 An interesting way to escrive each of them as Kings and Queens. I had never read something like this. I liked it. |
avalon88 chapter 1 . 1/8/2006 This was a beautifully written story. Worthy of C.S Lewis himself. You could be a great writer someday. |
Ani-maniac494 chapter 1 . 1/1/2006 Beutifully written, and a wonderful look at all of the characters. :) I really enjoyed it. Ani-maniac494 |

PrincessBellePrinceAdam chapter 1 . 12/17/2005 deep...and touching, almost. update soon? |
Dragon of Athena chapter 1 . 12/17/2005 I loved it! |
Fuchsia chapter 1 . 12/17/2005 Oh, now that's really lovely. I rather liked the way you put this in the summary, I was like 'ah yes, tell us more! What did they actually DO all day when they reigned at Cair Paravel?' Interesting..interesting to put them all as the four elements. I think I agree with you on who is who, if Edmund is thoughtful, Lucy emotional, Peter practical and Susan...um. Fire. As you say. Nicely done! |
