well...i have to say there is nothing wrong with the story...your writing is great only I couldn't picture Rhett with Melanie. Because Melanie loves Ashley very deeply and Rhett has nothing but admiration for her...but it's a good idea...I like it so far. Please continue!

I really like this idea. I always thought it might be interesting if Rhett and Melly had a chance together because she always saw the best in him and he was always in awe of her and her goodness.

Hi guys its me the conciever of this story, don't think that I want Melanie and Rhett toghether, I just wanted basically to see if I could pull it off and keep them remotley in character, thanks for your feedback, and sorry if I alarmed you. I just like forbidden love I guess, so I always thought for some odd reason how hot they would be as a cupol. Please forgive me, and I am still a loyalist to Rhett and Scarlett. I just finished reading the book and I am so intoxicated by GWTW that I had to do something different than R/S. Thanks fot the reviews I might put up another chapter, but most likely not.

WHAT? Rhett and Melanie? i don't think so...he would never be attracted to Melly...and Melly would never be attracted to him...Rhett would be attracted more to women like Scarlett and Belle...not Melly. I would also like to point out that Melanie seems a lot like Scarlett...no offense...Another thing is Rhett is more of a guy on a soap opera than Rhett Butler. I am sure others will love your story..just I don't...hope I don't sound to harsh! i don't mean to if i do...

Oh my gosh! Rhett and Melanie? I must admit that I read this story prepared to hate it and it was actually quite good. They might have been a little out of character but if the scene is the one where Rhett is waiting for Scarlett to call for him like I guessed that it was then they were both kind of not in the right mind anyway. Update soon! This is by far the most unique fic I've read.

I honestly didn't think I would like this story, but you've pleasantly surprised me. This story is unique, in addition to being well-written, though I do suggest you fix your sentence and paragraph structure a bit. The idea of Rhett and Melanie is an interesting one, after reading your story, I could actually conceive of something like that happening. Keep writing, you have a talant.
