Well, I hope you ain't dead. I started reading this knowin that you wasn't gonna finish it, but even so, I'm sorry to see it end where it did. I also hope you are happy with it. It is a compellin story. I like it - a lot. Mayhaps I'll read it again, just to be sure I got all the goodness you put in it. Yep...I think it's that good.

If you ain't dead, I hope you're doin good for yourself and those you love. Can't wish more than that for you, now can I?

To be honest this was a decent story up till the last two or t hree chapters. Having the majority of the story being from one persons point of view then suddenly change it was what tanked it for me. And by that I mean this story would have been much more apealing had you never showed Rivers perspective in nerative. That being said, Good Job.

This was an amazing story. I really feel the characters were so canon and the progression of their relationship was believable. I like that Jayne was, well, Jayne because I do love me some Jayne. However, I really thought your River was fantastic. Earthy and real. Sane and insane. Sensitive and wise, swimming in inner turmoil and with an ache for her humanity. Anyway, a gorgeous piece. I can't believe it took me this long to find it!

I am so sad that this hasn't been updated in so long. You do such a great job with Jayne's character. Allowing him to be true to canon but adding a much needed and wonderful layer.

Oh God... I just realized there was no udapt since 2006. This is really sad.
