Incredibly rare is it to find a story that has naruto with blood limits that make him awaken them slowly, the way you write the story is original on a few points like the backgrounds for characters and the soul abilities (I genuinely don't know if they are original or not, just like the bloodlines naruto has) the way you write "Class S ninja" isn't that normally done 'S Class' but that's splitting hairs, doesn't make too much difference.
I like the idea with naruto being able to readily use the kyuubi, I also thought it was heinous that naruto was scared of his abilities as someone with that much power at that age probably should be.
If I think hard the only thing I could possibly faulted you on is finding it slightly hard to follow the fighting scenes when you skip from one to the other to the next. It becomes slightly jumbled and dis connected, like when they were fighting in the mist and Haku vs the other ice chick naruto walked in and suddenly left. It took a bit of thinking to try and make the connection as to how naruto got there or where he came from. It could be just me but, if there was a little more detail put in, not necessarily in the background but at times in the fight where they move. Your description of the plants and ice and background is good but of how they move, is normally a bit sharp and blunt compared to the rest. the story could be smoother and it would make the already amazing story perhaps a bit better.

Don't take everything this lowly naruto addict at face value though, I don't know allot of what I say, I can feel what I want to say but I don't know off I did...

A nice chapter and I like the use of the level four Kyuubi here. I feel sorry for Hatch though...but that was an interesting moveset, using Jyuuken and making it so that it pierced...plus giving him Karasu's ability...very nice.
