This wasn't badily written but I just can't buy it. Harry knows and trusts and respects Ginny way more than Luna and I just don't see a scenario where he would do that. But kudos to giving more depth to Luna - she's always been to much of a cartoon character for me to like but she's bearable here.

Oh, that was very powerful. I like it as aone-shot, as I rather think more than three would be pushing it a bit in the Horcrux-hunt; but this scene is very believable and in character. Typical cahuvinist Harry, not letting his girlfriend come! I love your Luna. Great job.

I think Ginny is to much of an invested character to go on the mission with the rest of the gang. Two or more of the guys would be worring about her, where as Luna they will treat like another comrad in battle. Plus everyone oneelse has something to contribute. Lunaher knowledge on magical creatures and her creative way of looking at everything, Hermoine(sp?) her smarts, and Ronhis strategic thinking. I can't think of anything for Ginny. Plus I like the HPLL pairing better that Hary and Ginny.
