Oh! I thought this was a completed story and now it is at an end...: ( But wow! It is a great story! I would have so loved to continue reading it! But thanks nonetheless for posting it! I am so curious regarding which side Reno will decide to stay on. I mean I feel he is happier with Cloud, but I cannot imagine him living with Avalanche. I loved the scene with his haircut and everyone's reaction to it. It was funny. : )

I remember reading this YEARS ago. As I read through it now, I am beholden to memories from long, long ago. I always wondered whether or not it would get finished. If there is a website that has the finished product I hope someone can refer me to it. In any case, it is an exhilarating read. The characters of Cloud and Reno are deep, convincing and oh-so-real you could almost see them as flesh, bone and muscle and sinew. I recalled some of the scenes as pivotal parts of my experience when I was younger. I had been obsessed with this fic, reading and re-reading it over and over again. Within the far reaches of the internet, you will find that there are great, almost life changing fics. This was one of them for me. It's been ten years. But this piece still gives me the chills. I hope I can still review it in ten more though I know it will still give me the same effect. Cheers.

Darn this story is great! I know it's been over nine years and you have probably moved on from this story but I just wanted to say that it's amazing and I would love to see it continued if you ever get back to it!

I just wanted to say that although you've probably completely forgotten about this story by now, it means so much to me.
This piece of writing is what inspired me to write professionally. Your characterisation is just beyond perfect. I've never been so moved by even published novels as I was by this.
I understand that you've no doubt moved on to an illustrious career with this kind of talent. I don't have much hope that you'll even come across this review, but if you do, know that there's at least one person (and probably hundreds more) who would literally pee their pants with joy if you updated this.

This is the story that got me into Final Fantasy...didn't know anything about the fandom till I read it. I just wanna say thanks...and would love (like alot of other readers) to see this incredible story finished some day. Hopefully you're still out there!

This was possibly the best CloudxReno fic I have ever read. I am so in love with this story, but it seems like you have disappeared forever. I am hoping that you will return after the last 4 years and finally complete this masterpiece of yours. It saddens me to be left incomplete and forever curious. But I do understand. Life can take priority over the internet world. Please, I beg you. Finish this?

Aw, nuts man. I just found this and was getting really excited 'cause this is seriously one of the very best Cleno fics i've read but its not finished nor been updated in a while. Um, i really hope you plan on continuing. If you are: know that i totally got your back with this and if not then i guess i understand but still i must say i would be disapointed. Anyway, love it, love the long chapters, love the plot, the characters, just love it all!

Look, I realize that you haven't updated this story in a really long time but I really, really like it and I (and lots of other people too I assume) would be very, very grateful if you did.

You've done a wonderful job with this story. The characters and their issues have been fantastically played out; I like how you try to get to the root of the issues-especially why Reno is the way he is. Excellent.

Dang. This was freakin' good. I haven't actually played or even watched the movie beyond 10 minutes, but your story kept me hooked to the very end.

Sad that it's already over and it's been two years since you updated.

Now, possibly my limited knowledge of Final Fantasy has me believing your characters wholly, but I'm sure it's actually your writing skills. Believable and deep to the point I could see them pop out of the screen in into real life(Disregarding the whole fantasy world thing, you understand). Forget Midgar contained many characters, but all taken care of so well that this plot felt like the only possible plot and outcome of the entire Final Fantasy Series.

Read every single line you wrote in this story, because they were so well written. Can't emphasize enough how much I enjoyed and anticipated getting some free time to read each chapter.

Never even thought of asking before, but if you have time, I have a small request. If there are any other stories of yours on another site, or you have unposted chapters on your computer, or any of your other work, can you please send any sort of word my way? Besides a few good books that hook me during my morning coffee, it's rare to find such a good author.

Oh noes, I'm at the end! This is not good, not good at all. I don't like being at the end! I do enjoy this story, although it's slightly depressing. I like happy people. I don't like the mean side of Cloud and I don't like the nice side of Rufus. Rufus always seems like such an ass and then he shows the 'nice' Rufus and it makes me feel bad for him, but I don't trust him. He's an amazing actor.

This is all so terribly sad. I just want Cloud and Reno to be happy '_' Is it too much to ask? Of course it is! *shrugs* I'm going onto the next chapter _ maybe there will be more happiness.
