This story is so amazing! I loved it! You did an incredible job! I was personally a little nervous from all the gift-giving but when they tried to steal from the royal family that was hilarious! Since your story is basically done too, I'm guessing that the pairings are either just Suikotsu and Kagome or Kagome and all four of the remaining Band of Seven, which strangely I like. Anyway great job, super good and funny story.

Salutations! I have just finished the entire series so far, and while I find it to be an interesting concept, I don't quite think it reached it's full potential, which is a real shame considering how talented a writer you are. I always liked to imagine what it would have been had Kagome have had to adjust to the Shichinitai's lifestyle in order to stay alive and to escape. I think you would be able to pull off this concept well, perhaps gaining the interest of the members as she plots to escape while gaining their favour so she is less restrained.
If you were to redo this series, I think the transformation would have to be a much longer progress, and Kagome's welcoming attitude to be more strained, even when it came to being lonely. She's a tough girl and especially distrustful towards people who are her enemies (inside or outside the well) and even after a long time with them, she would be on guard because once the issue at hand is solved, they're enemies again. Kagome would be aware of this fact and cut herself off from the group slightly, appearing welcoming later on, but ending up being not particularly close with either of them.
Along with this, I feel that Inuyasha needs a chapter where he's being talked through the situation with Sango and the group ("she was left alone with the group and could have gotten killed, she only pretended to get along to stay alive" and stuff like that) Simple things like that would heavily influence the character development and the conflict of the series.
I do hope you pick this up again, but you have a busy schedule, so I don't expect you to attempt it any time soon. Either way, I thoroughly enjoyed this for its humour and lightheartedness, and I look forward to more of your work.
