To be honest, I don't much care for chapter 15, which is why I'm reviewing this chapter, because although Marcella is kinda cool, I'd much rather hear about Justus and Kezia. They're too cute :3

I'd so much just like to read this like a book, from start to finish and know the end, but its incomplete and its very frustrating. If I thought it would help, I'd say PLEASE just finish it already.

If you were looking for ideas or still don't know where the plot line is going, I've got some ideas, but yeah.. I don't really mind, I just want to see more of this story :)

I wanted to put this on later chapters I really enjoyed reading about Marcella's character, they're too cute, my second favorite couple :) I absolutely love Justus and Keziah. When I first started reading the story, I was younger and I didn't really understand it, but then I re-read it, and at first I thought wow Justus is so cold, but he seems to have changed so much, and I just think they have the perfect chemistry. Fantastic writing :) I also love the fact that you're right on point with the culture and society that they lived in during that time.

wow, I gotta say this story is fantastic. I'm fascinated by it, and the characters are so interesting and diverse. I love Marcella's attitude towards Felix while at the same time it frustrated me, but it was so very sweet to read their love making, and that she's finally given into him. Although, I'm sure she won't be putty in his hands for very long, she's a fiery young girl. Keziah... poor girl, but she's strong willed, and I really like Justus.I think he'll be good for her, at least I hope. He seems to have fallen quite heavily in love with her, and that was very endearing to read. I hope to see more of the relationship and watch it blossom. Lucius is a firecracker, and I think he's an adorable kid. I usually don't like children characters terribly much but I hope there's grand plans for him because I really do like him. Overall the writing is very beautiful, I have enjoyed my time reading Refuge and I hope you update when time permits, I will be eagerly awaiting more.

Love it! This chapter was good - but I agree, the Marcella chapter is awesome. There are still a few tiny discrepancies but nothing major. Just keep writing though! You can edit later because we all want the story now!

I fell in love with this story in 2006. I was in 6th grade. I am now a senior in High School. So...WHAT GIVES WITH THE UPDATING! It's TORTURE! I'd like to hear more about Justus and Kezia and perhaps less... what you call spicyness. I think for a while you should carry on the theme of kezia trying to get away when she wakes up, rather than immediatly like him when she wakes up

I'll tell you what, I had totally forgotten who Marcella was, and I had no idea what was going on. But I knew how much I had enjoyed this story before so I went ahead and read this chapter without going back first. I honestly would love to read a book about Marcella now. I was so into the first half of this chapter! You definately have a proffesional writing style. I'd suggest that you remove this story and send in the first several chaptors to an editor... but then I'd have to say goodbye to this book (And I'm not willing to part with it).

Wow, amazing story! I mean, when I was looking up bible fics, I kinda wanted something closer related to the bible, but this is good all the same, I really do hope you update soon, with many chapters, though maybe that is too much to ask for.

Justice kinda annoyed me at the start, then again in the last chapter, but this chapter was nice :) I do hope he gets... well, i donno... more considerate?
