Very very nice. I think it was almost to abrupt to have Joe die that way . . . I mean, just out of the blue, a known character (albeit peripheral) gets killed in cold blood? It kind of goes against the long held Star Trek tradition of dead anonymous crewmen, doesn't it? Anyhow, this is very good work. Joe needed a piece of writing to mark his exit, and it's good to see one so well done.

Very nice, Cassatt! Glad I'm not the only one who thought it was sad that Joe Carey had to bite the proverbial dust just three episodes before the finale - whatever it may be. Very touching.
