I hate Simon!

I finished "giving up" last night and was excited to start this next story... Not satisfied at all that Sara left Vegas in that one. Not one bit. G/s were so stubborn in that story.

I love the letter Sara burned. Sometimes putting feelings on paper can be so healing. I'm excited to see where you take them in this story. You're writing is relaxing to read and I keep finding myself excited for the next chapter. I realize you wrote these stories years ago but they are still very enjoyable even after the show has ended.

I'm reliving the joy of this fandom. Awesome story. I thought it was ironic when 'Leave out all the rest' started playing on the radio when Sara woke up in the trunk of her car. That song will be forever linked to GSR for me since that episode aired. Anyway, I love fics with angst and resolution because it's the only accurate way to describe their relationship. Great job! I'm looking forward to reading your other fics.

This is so beautifully done. The writers of the show had to have read this story. I'm dumbfounded at the parallels: Sara being left for dead in the desert, leaving when she couldn't deal with the ghosts, Grissom's departure, no cake in the break room, and going after Sara. You truly have, or rather have had for a long time, a grip on the characters. All I can say is "wow!" Beautiful.

Fantastic sequel

OMG GIRL it's been a long time since you've written this but I have to let you know that I probably never suffered so much from any of my other OTPs or tv shows, like you are a complete genious. And when I say suffer, that's awesome ok? hahaha I cried, I scratched myself, I almost tore my shirt up and threw my computer on the floor, but it was soo worth it! You are like the fanfic goddess! Thank you soo much for this 3 I love you! hahaha

It's crazy how much the ending to this parallels Grissom's departure from the show! And you wrote it years earlier! :O I've just finished both stories in this series, and they are AMAZING. Absolutely loved them. I stayed up way too late attempting to finish this one last night. lol There were so many good one liners that made me laugh out loud! D I now have all of your other stories on my reading list, don't mind if I start to spam you with reviews and favorite story notifications!

Just rediscovered this series and thoroughly enjoyed rereading it, several years after my first go-through. Excellent, and I love the ending. Original plotline, spot-on characterization, tautly suspenseful and emotionally compelling.

Amazing, loved it.

I have sat here and read both fanfics without stopping and would gladly continue.

If I had been in the airport, I would have cheered too. As it was, I sniffled and thought "This was really well done". TPTB must have read this prior to settling on the meeting in Costa Rica.

So, I've been re-reading stuff from my favorite CSI authors, and of course your work came up. I absolutely love both Giving Up and Letting Go. Do you ever plan on finishing up the alternate version of Letting Go?
