Hi, I just found this story a few days ago, and have been reading it a lot. It is so good, and a fantastic read. I've noticed that it's been over a year since you've updated. I do hope you plan on continuing the story. It is excellent, and I for one would love to see what will happen next. I really do love your Harry and the experiences he had during the summer - its much more realistic than some other fics I've read. Anyhow - keep up the awesome work, and please try to update again. I'll be looking forward to it, very much!

I've had a fun few days catching up on your story. You've displayed good ideas and quite a few clever ones.

I do hope you will consider continuing with your story.

If you do, please consider dropping some of the detail that has been in your current chapters. Detail makes a story come alive, but too much can clutter up a story and make it harder to follow, especially if it is being read a chapter at a time rather than all at once.

Also, you've given Harry quite an array of "gadgets" such as his own ghost, interesting dreams, various properties, talking paintings, magical trunks and his own phoenix. Many stories only supply him with one or two and make quite a bit of use of them.

Finally, you mentioned the existance of additional chapters. Are there more that are available to read?

This is a much better story than the number of reviews would indicate. You have several clever and original ideas in your story. I confess that my original hesitation with reading the story was your stated pairing and lack of a proper story summary in chapter one.

At this point, I don't know if your story is finished, abandonded, or what, but it it is still active, I'd reconsider your main characters and select another, as well as insert a one paragraph summary at the start of chapter one. Perhaps it would generate quite a few additional readers.
