I felt the need to reread this after the two series came together and I must say...Wow! You must have had so much of these storied plotted before you ever started them. They came together all so neatly. You have such an amazing talent, you really should think about getting professionally published.

Wow. It took 3 days to read, but wow. That's all there is to say. Now it's time to read more.

The Story was so great that from the last time I reviewed I haven’t even been able to stop and comment. I was completely absorbed in every word, phrase and scene. It began slowly but continued to build never ceasing in pace until it was action at ever turn and each new chapter held a new thrill. It was like riding an emotional roller coaster and so hard for me too because I wasn’t able to find release for all the emotion building inside. I get really involved when I read great fiction. ;P

I want to thank you for writing such a wonderful story. I feel in love with each character, especially Alicia. At first I didn’t like her because she was making moves on Zack, but in the end the inevitable happened. She tapped into my heart almost by accident and by the end of the story, I would have jumped in there and killed Cole, Lydecker or anyone else who would have tried to hurt her. And a few times there I wanted to kick Logan, for being such a thick norm… and believe me being the devoted Logan shipper I am, that’s a mighty big achievement to have evoked that kind of reaction!

There are so many points in this that jumped and grabbed me. When Alicia traded herself for Max and Zack. Alicia pregnant and in a mental institution, just like all the other mothers of Manticore. Jhondie finally meeting up with Max and discovering her ‘boss’ was her sister’s boyfriend. And then shock of them all being Justin and Logan start a magazine called ‘The Truth’ and Dan using Max’s name and going after Manticore. You’re an awesome creative genius. And a wonderful storyteller. I enjoyed reading this immensely and I’m sorry that it took me so long to get through. Distraction (uncommitted) and limited free time being my only defense. ;)

Thank you so much for letting me read it! I would have never accomplished it at all had you not given me the story. Your generosity was much appreciated. I don’t think I would have been able to cross a raging river and battle a fire-breathing dragon with a salmon. Not unless the dragon was a fan of salmon. Cause in that case perhaps my skills could have been useful…

Chapter 11-16

Okay again I got hooked and when I'm supposed to be working I'm drawn and absorbed by your fic. The twists and action beginning to unfold has be glued to the computer screen...

The trust and feeling between Alicia and Zack is awesome, I love his character and it's a shame that they portrayed him as an obsessed character

in SAR... Oh well, we can always save him in fanfic. I really appreciate reading him the way you write him... much better than the way the tptb did.

After reading you write Jhondie, Zack and Alicia I was really skeptical about how you would write Max... I can't really explain why but anyway you

didn't disappoint me. Although at this point you haven't wrote a that much from her POV or dialogue for her, everything that is there is in character. ;)

"A norm might be fooled. Her voice was extremely convincing at least. But, he had the night vision to see the moisture in her eyes." From where I left off the other day it built into this, a really intense, emotional scene.

Zack being more understanding and finding an equal, a match. Something he's never had before yet always deserved.

The more I get into this the more action and excitement it trails onto. Just like the other series you sent me I'm sure Gen X will be just as awesome.

Although I must admit that it did start of slow and it's probably why it took me so long to get back to it. Which I apologize profusely for.

Anyway, Alicia's discovery of Logan's alias was really well done. I always thought the Clark Kent bit was a little stupid. X series intelligence in the show is extremely underutilized. At least you always use all their abilities and never cease to impress.

So sorry it's taken me forever to get back to this but between juggling; house, work and family, I have a little writing of my own I delve in. ;)

The friendship and loss Alicia felt over Dana was incredibly intense and you put a lot into the imagery, it was really well done.

I began to want a Z/A pairing after they met up but I really didn't expect it. Honestly ;p sometimes I'm a little thick lol... oh well, was awesome.

Ahhhh I guess you could say right on the mark, just like all your other inimate scenes. Although the J & J series will always be my favorite. I

don't think I've read anything to top them yet!

convincingly write their feelings. And how they can honestly really believe they are less human. And Zack... him seeing this as a very possible outcome had the X5s not escaped.

Great twist, having Deck suspicious of corruption, but also having the very

real fear that perhaps Alicia has run from him too. You write him convincingly although ever since AJBAC and Bag 'Em I have a really hard time

picturing him as a bad guy now. Although I can still read the older versions of him being obsessed with the vision of creating the perfect soldier...

At first the prospect of reading this was incredibly scary but anyway I did start, are ya proud!

Okay all of a sudden I'm at chapter eight so I thought I'd write you before going away on my long weekend trip.

What do I think so far... gosh a really tough one.

I love Alicia already, she really truly scared me in part 5 but here I'm beginning to fall for her and wishing she ends up with Zack for goodness

sake.

Anyhow, who'd have guess they way you'd tie these two together. Craziness if you ask me. Well I'm dying to read more but that'll have to wait since work day's almost gone and I've got heaps to do.

i can only think of one word, wow. one other thing, some buffy fanfics have actually been published in canada i don't know how it happened but if they ever look for da ones you should definetly submit this

Sorry, but I just didn't like this. Sure, it's virtually flawlessly executed and you have an enviable writing style, but I have two complaints:

1. Alicia. I simply don't like her. She's too perfect for my liking, and if characters don't have flaws, there's nothing to encourage a reader as finicky as myself to see her in a positive light. She annoyed me by the fifth chapter, but out of respect for your ability I read the whole thing hoping you'd change my tune. It didn't happen. Fifty-eight chapters later and I still want to strangle her.

2. Your characterisation of Zack: I fail to see him being this mushy or clingy, among other things.

Of course I realise that 'if I didn't like it, I don't have to review it.' But out of respect for you as a writer, I felt obligated to. If you've even noticed this, I'd appreciate it if you could acknowledge it by review.

Anywho, you're brilliant! I find that it's amazing how you've taken this one story and made a spin-off series with five installments, and two sequels and one coming along to this story! I'm flabbergasted! :) (I know, old word, bad word, whatever...)

Although it is a little on the long side, readers, don't worry, it's awesome. If you look at my two other reviews, and read those stories, you'll find I only post a review on a BRILLIANT story, and this one's no exception. "Gen X-6," because it's sixty-some chapters long, I wouldn't recommend reading it in one sitting unless you're totally free for a good couple of hours.

But once you start reading, you get lost in the romance, action, angst, heartbreak, and all these other little dramas that this brilliant author comes up with. So read it already! And don't forget the other stories!
